    This is the most confusing and worthless website I've ever encountered.  When I try to get help my user name and password fails.  When I log ing automatically to the website, they use an old outdated username and I don't know what the password is to that.  Somehow when I contacted help, they sent me a KEY which does not work for my lifetime software.  I can't ask questions, links are hard to find.  WORST of all, the e-mail they sent me does not allow a simple "reply".  They instruct me to use a certain license links but that term is not mentioned in ANY of the SIX LINKS they provide!!!  SOMEBODY send an e-mail to retropoet@yahoo.com and give me a clue, PLEASE!
