Thx--I'm able to reproduce with very large audio files and large album art.

Looking into this.

When MM tags a track and another track is chosen to play, it may happen, that the song loops (12 sec.) an MM hangs.

1. put some Tracks in NowPlaying
2. play a Track
3. save an AlbumArt (500kB) in the played file
4. doubleclick another Track from the Playlist to play.

The StatusBar shows "1 Track to be tagged" and the first selected Track is in an endless loop.

Edit: When I have to kill the MM-Task, the file sometimes retains its temporary extension .xxxxxx

Rem: file repository and DB reside on a common network drive. (timing problems on writing?)
