Seems like it's a db conversion issue (I received an error during the conversion process).

Static playlists don't import into RC-2

I can't replicate this. Perhaps you can send me a copy of your 2.5 db and let me know which playlists aren't importing.

Static playlists imported from MM 2, do not appear to function. They don't appear to display any tracks.

Auto-playlists seem to work fine.

Here is a debug log snippet (switch from now playing to static playlist that definately had tracks during the import).
