Create playlist in MM3 (1105), sync it to Nano 3G. I have the playlists selected for auto-sync.
Disconnnect the Nano.
Try to play a playlist on the Nano, if the Shuffle feature is set to Songs, then only 1of1 or 1of4 songs will play, no matter how many songs are in the playlist. Most of my playlists have more than 70 songs.
Turn the Shuffle feature on the Nano to Off, then try and play a playlist. All the songs will play in succession, ie 1of80, 2 of 80, etc.
Reconnect the Nano to the computer, create a playlist in iTunes and sync to Nano, disconnect the ipod.
In either mode of Shuffle, all songs will play in the playlist.
