Ok, sounds like a bug, MM should handle this issue, we will look into it.

well, technically this is a problem with windows truncating the blank space, MM is simply reporting that there is a difference between the file system and the specified mask..

the same thing (truncation) happens when the last character of a foldername is a period.. like folder names for artists such as r.e.m. and run-d.m.c. although MM recognizes those particular situations and not the blank space one.

I use Auto-Organize - great feature.

But when there is a space at the end of the Album Name, the auto-organize will continually offer to change the file name of the files even though there is actually no change.

Sure, you shouldn't have a space at the end of the album name, but it took a while to figure out that was the problem.

It's still a bug, since the file names are actually no different, just there is a space at the end of the album name.

Hope that is clear. This may be true for other fields as well, but I have not tested that.
