i noticed that too in the other versions i just thought it was what the developers wanted to happen?

1147 Enabled Now Playing Window Disabled on Startup

Now Playing window is enabled. If I exit MM from the tray while the program is minimized (mini-player) or hidden (only runs in tray), subsequent startup disables the Now Playing window and I have to re-enable it. If I exit MM from a maximized window or from windowed mode, the Now Playing window remains enabled on the next startup.

This occurred in previous versions but this is the first time I've been able to verify it (forgot about it).
