Ok, thanks, it will be fixed (either yet in 3.0.6 or later in 3.1 release).

After further testing, I have found that upon disconnecting phone and reconnecting, the sync message appears on the phone and the removed playlist is them removed from phone.

Not sure if this is the proper or intended way of removing playlists, but I can certainly live with it.

When trying to delete a playlist from iPhone 3G. It is shown as removed from Mediamonkey, but not from phone. Also, Syncing message does not appear on phone (obviously). Single track removal under "Artists" Node under phone seems to work correctly.
