5038: Scanned tracks not shown for Dead Subscriptions

1202: Well I just cleared my database, did an add/rescan and the same problem is there. Old podcasts, with podcast as genre, show up under Podcast Subscriptions, but not under their greyed out title node. The title nodes are there though. Downloaded podcasts appear normally.

Adding this topic as a second reference to that bug.
Will make sure I test this when 1202 released. I don't want to change my database until I have tested the Update All fix.

Perhaps my explaination was not too good. The original podcasts are no longer available to download, but I have them saved with 'Podcast' as Genre.

Prior to 3.1, I could add / rescan and these would appear under podcast subscriptions, under their album title (albeit greyed out, which is due to lack of a url as I understand it).

Now the album title appears greyed out, as before, but the podcasts are not there, however they do appear in the parent Podcast Subscriptions.

These are called "dead" subscriptions. You have to re-subscribe via Edit Subscription to re-activate the subscription.

Podcast Name is derived from Album on re-scan.

I am not sure whether this is a bug, or something I am not doing correctly but........ Old podcast tracks, with genre Podcast, and added via add / rescan, show up under Podcast subscriptions, but do not show up in the greyed out "Album" / Title node under it.
