No this is not possible, but is on the wishlist as many people have requested this.

Is there a way to automatically ignore error messages, so that my syncing continues and doesn't hang waiting for me to tell some error message to "cancel", "try again" or "ignore". I'm getting tired of the error messages haulting my ipod from syncing overnight....
