I can consistently reproduce on 1225 with the Glided skin. MediaMonkey seems to close the help window and then give an error after which Windows also reports an error.

Steps:
1) Open MediaMonkey
2) Hit F1
3) File > Exit

Result sequence
a) Main window closes
b) Help window closes
c) MediaMonkey error comes on
d) Send error report
e) Error report send confirmation comes on
e) Windows error comes on

I reproduced this only once from 20 attempts on build 1225.
Is this consistently reproducible for you?
Which version - skinned/non-skinned?
Are you saying that the problem begun in build 1218?

Thx.

Same issue here on 1225.

1225 Err. on closing when help file has been opened BUG#5361

Being relatively new to MM, I still use the help file. Up to and including release 1217, I had no problem. However, with both 1224 and 1225, I get an "Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000." error and a window saying "MediaMonkey - Audio Library has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." The access violation is in a window that sends a message to MM and I have sent several messages.

The simplest situation that triggers the error is: open MM, open help, close MM. This happens after a clean boot too. My system is Pentium D cpu 2.8 ghz; 3.5 gb ram; XP Media Center Edition SP 3.
