I think this leaves outstanding the bug described by this slight adjustment to the report:

1 In a WMA track Date field, enter 1925-11-30
2 Examine in hex editor

Expected: date stored in Year (actually WM/Year) and ReleaseDate.
Observed: date stored in Year (actually WM/Year) and OriginalReleaseTime

Note: There is no such standard tag as OriginalReleaseTime - see EDIT: [url]http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb248412(VS.85).aspx[/url]
