Thank you Julia and Demm. I couldnot find it, as if you haven't choosen a file to convert, this option is grayed and I overlooked it. Blond moment number two.

it is possible in MM.
simply select the files you want to convert and choose "Tools - Convert Audio Format"
in the top-right dropdown box select mp3, then click settings. choose the desired bitrate in the dropdown box or enter the manual values. klick ok twice and MM will convert you files.

Is it possible to convert large MP3 files to smaller ones, e.g. from bitrate 320 to bitrate 192?
And if that is possible, can it be done using MonkeyMedia or do I need another program to do it.

Hoewel ik denk kan ik uw vraag beantwoorden, Als u betekent kunt u het audioformaat voor omzetten b.v.. mp3 320 bitrate aan mp3 192 bitrate, Het antwoord is ja, u selecteert het dossier u en dan in het hulpmiddelenmenu wilt
omzetten, selecteer de eigenschap van het bekeerlings audioformaat.

Is het mogelijk om van een groot mp3 bestand een klein te maken, dus zeg maar van 320 naar 192.
En als dat kan, kan MM het, of welk ander programaatje heb ik daarvoor nodig?
