SUPER!

I ran into a similar issue where MM would crash (Windows 7 x64) upon loading with an access violation regarding the iphone drivers. Unfortunately I upgraded to iPhone 3.0 not knowing about the problem with MM. Is there an ETA on when we can expect support in MM?

Right now, I can sync fne, but if I then go to play back a song from the iphone directory in MM, the song looks fine, and then when I click it, it turns gray, and quickly scrolls through the song list, since it can't find any of the songs. As it scrolls through, each song title changes to the first 4 characters of the artist name.

I'm experiencing the same issue too, upgraded to the latest Beta MM and it just scrolls through all the songs.
Still experiencing this issue in MM 3.1.0.1256.

Try the new MM 3.1.0.1256 release. It should work correctly with the new iTunes.

As far as the new iPod firmware, don't upgrade to iPhone 3.0 firmware just yet -- we need to do some work to be compatible.

Thanks!! It works perfectly. Now I can go back to using the phone I love!

Although I'm still looking at a newer Nokia because I know 3.0 compatibility may not be ready for a while.

Hi Rusty,

Unfortunately I have upgraded to os 3.0 and cannot go back to 2.2.
Any idea as to when the compatibility issue is resolved?

Cheers
Peter

immediatly after starting MM

I'm also getting this error using this same build. I don't have iTunes installed, just the Apple Mobile Device Support and the latest Quicktime. I've also noticed that it works until changing the view.

For the user getting messed up album art on the iphone, I had the same issue for a while as well. Updating to a newer build of MM and reloading all my music seems to have fixed the issue.

Suburbancowboy wrote:I now have two issues on two different computers.

On my home PC, the new version has fixed the issue of MM crashing, but now the album art is showing up very strange on my iPhone.
For some albums instead of the correct album cover, I am getting a 50/50 split showing the left side of one album, and the right side of another.
On some, I am getting a 50/25/25 split. Showing one half of an album cover, and then 2 different quarters of another album. Some albums are displaying fine.

On my work PC, MM is reading all of the songs on my iphone, and listing them properly, but then when you click to play, it just scrolls through the list of songs as if I disconnected the phone from the PC.
I had this problem and reported my solution to it here:
