They are stored in the INI file. You would need to close out MediaMonkey and open up the MediaMonkey.ini file and look for the "[SimpleSearch]" section. Delete the ones you don't want to keep, but be sure to update the rest accordingly, so they're in sequential "Item#" entries.

For future reference, search values are only stored in the drop down when you hit Enter after typing them in. So if you're doing a search that you don't want in the drop-down, just type it in and let it automatically search. If there's one you use alot, then type it in and hit enter. Then, you'll have easy access to it in the drop-down.
