This fix worked for me (LG Optimus V phone) as well. I'm disappointed that I had to dig into the INI file to address the issue, but I'm glad there was a workaround.

Actually, they did post a fix, which is the fix that you applied to your MM.ini file.

I can't even understand why MM worked fine with my Sony NWZ-A818 on my old XP and not on my brand new windows 7 laptop, but this thread saved me from a serious headache!

Why do not integrate these lines in the original .ini file or in the hints window poping up for the 1st time?

Thanks - after much head-scratching and parameter tweaking, this solved the problem for me (Windows 7 and Motorola Milestone / Droid)

Are you sure? It should work for all OSes. You need to make the .ini modification when MM is closed.

Nexus One had same problem, this solved it.

Same bug on the HTC Evo. Workaround does the trick.
