Sorry forgot to retest.

I can confirm this is fixed as build 1349.

Nice.

And thank you for the tip, I'll use it till the developers find how to fix that.
(If it's fixable.)

I guess it's specific to win7 .

Move the mouse to the icon ... taskbar thumbnail appears ... click the MM taskbar icon
After you "freeze" MM with this bug, you can unfreeze it easily. Hold the "Shift" key and right click the MM icon in taskbar.
Indeed.

How did you discover this?
Did you noticed this bug before?
You can also just WinKey + Tab to the MM window.

I discovered it because I noticed a small bug in Win 7 where every once in a while it seems that the icons in the Win 7 taskbar get stuck with focus, ie they are always "glowing" like the mouse is over them even though the mouse is not on the taskbar. The only way to fix that (other than restart computer) is to hold shift and right click the icons. Anyway this problem seemed similar so I just tried it out.

Probably as that doesn't happen in WinXP/2003

No problem occurs on Windows 2003. What do you mean by drag, just moving the mouse or pressing the mouse button and move?

3.2.2 1300: unresponsive + high cpu [#6595]

Hello.
MM becomes unresponsive and the cpu occupation goes high.

How to reproduce:

Under win7.
1.Begin playback.
2.Right click on a track to show the context menu.
3. while keeping the context menu open, drag your mouse to the taskbar and hover on the MM Icon.
4. Click the MM icon.

Now the context menu stays open on top most and mediamonkey becomes unresponsive.
Only way to fix is to kill the Mediamonkey process in the task manager. (where it shows cpu occupation going high(+- 50% on my setup))
