For me it does execute on Win Vista with 1304 and in either Details or Album Art + Details views.

View > Properties does not execute here in 1304.

That's odd, I can get View | Properties to show even if no track selected in Now Playing, it just displays info for the first track in the list.

When Now Playing has focus and no track selected, rather than be disabled [b]View | [Track] Properties[/b] and toolbar [b]Edit Properties[/b] are enabled.

Further, [b]View | [Track] Properties[/b] executes.
