Lowlander is surely correct about it being improper character encoding. I see that issue with an attempt to buy Solé's album Skin Deep. Amazon shows "Solé."

I can reproduce the issue though with the album ¿Dónde Están Los Ladrones? by Shakira. Improper character encoding is probably the issue here.
