In an update to this, I find that it's not just the slider itself. Seems in rare cases (meaning not as frequent as with the actual slider), just going past the bars can cause the "flicker."

I'm reporting this in build 1342, but it has been present since 1333. If you run your mouse over a slider (volume slider or the track position slider), there are glitches in the title bar of the program. A majority of the bar will flash white for a split second, and I've noticed other times that the button to change to Micro/Mini player disappears briefly while mousing over the sliders. This can happen quite frequently, and can occur on the first time you mouse past the sliders however doesn't occur [i]every[/i] time. Mousing over them repeatedly (ie, shaking your mouse up and down/left and right over them makes this bug quite apparent). Note, that this occurs on other default skins, though I find it easiest to reproduce on Pulse.

PS -- I was going to upload a demonstration I did with Wink of this bug, but given the (small) RAR still hasn't uploaded 30 minutes after clicking "Add the file"... yeah, looks like that's not going to happen. Should be pretty straight forward though anyway.
