... and if my memory serves, native CUE support was a promised feature in MM4.

good luck with your enquiry! I've been waiting for an answer to this (and several about bitperfect playback) for a couple of years. In the end the answer is - no. What you want to happen can't happen with MM. Pity really cos otherwise it is the best player out there, hands down.

Thanks guys for your effort, but...

First of all, I could split files to smaller ones, but as I stated, it's difficul to play them back gaplessly then. To have it twice (once separated and once not) is not effective. And CueReader doesn't solve the problem neither. It's maybe good for playing files, but that's not what I am looking for. I play files using winamp and there is some plugin in winamp, which works very well.

I wanted to see the individual tracks of album in the main browser. I want to open the album's node in the tree and see all the tracks in browser pane inspite of one big file.

Any idea?

umm most want to put the smaller tracks together to make one big track.

so you want to take the one big track and make it in to smaller tracks.?

i don't use cue sheets for that. i just use a wav editor and add all the tracks together and make the one large track of the
conncerts. and keep the other seperate tracks to listen too as a live song, makes for need of lots of space that way,
but i get both the full live conncert and the single live song tracks that way.

MediaMonkey doesn't support CUE sheets natively so you will need to try an addon like CUE Reader: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... &hilit=cue

the whole album in one big file

Hello to all... I'm quitre new to MM and tried to search for solution to my question, but wasn't successfull.

My question... I have quite big music collection with a lot of MP3s, FLACs and APEs, each file for one track. But I also have several big files, each one for the whole album. I usually paly these big files (like others) using WinAMP, and I can play them like there would be each track separately with a little help of cue sheet files. Sorry, my english is not native, so it probably doesn't make any sence... I want to say, that I can view all the tracks of album (as specified in cue file) in WinAMP playlist window, I can jump from one track to another. Exactly as I would play several small files/tracks via playlist.

I miss something similar in MM. I'd like to see all the tracks specified in cue file, with their durations. Is there any way to do it, or not? I don't want to cut one file to smaller ones, because it is difficult to play them back gaplessly then (when listening to live albums for example)

Best Regards
