1) Opening up the Toolbar Configuration window, first thing I notice is that the controls (move up/down, delete) aren't painted correctly. The button group is surrounded by a black background.

2) In this window, open up the Tree section in Available Actions and take a look at the Add New Bookmark icon. It should appear correctly, but now scroll the list while keeping an eye on this icon. Notice that the icon changes as you scroll. If you stop scrolling while it's on the disc looking icon, then movement of the mouse causes the icon to... well, "spaz out" if you will.

3) I don't know if it's related to the issue with that icon or not, but with the list of Tree actions opened up, switch to another window (I'm switching between here which is Firefox and back to MM), and notice that several elements of the program aren't correctly displayed. Most noticeably is the "Main Menu" bar. Tool bars don't display now either. Collapsing that part of the tree allows the program to display correctly.

Occurs in both Pulse and Vitreous so it appears to be an MM problem and not Skin specific.
