Hello.

Most tooltips in Mediamonkey don't have the correct tooltip style.

i.e. in the main panel:
[url=http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?id=666298oldtooltip.png][img]http://img11.hostingpics.net/pics/666298oldtooltip.png[/img][/url]

When expected style would be:
[url=http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?id=614001moderntooltip.png][img]http://img11.hostingpics.net/pics/614001moderntooltip.png[/img][/url]

Tested on win7.
