Hi there, I have v4.0.0.1405 installed in both the standard and portable versions and, although this issue is solved for playlists, I have the Summary column automatically added when selecting 'All' in any Location tree node and in every part of the My Computer node. Does anyone else have this problem? Cheers.

I'm able to reproduce. Thanks. Tracked at http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=8072

I just reinstalled the entire program. Loaded only 200 tracks in a new DB and it still doesn't work. Only thing I can think of: is it possible that this is due to a portable installation?

It can be enabled at File > Manage collections for entire library.
Yeah, I tried both (making it blue and just checking it, not sure what the difference is?) but it still doesn't show then and the column is still greyed out if I do a right click on the column title bar.

Does your 'Entire library' layout have "Summary" enabled?

Right click playlist > edit

It will say Search: or View as: and then a collection.
Ah, 'Entire Library'

I don't think those issues are related.

Onweerwolf wrote:I see that this is set as fixed in Mantis, however i'm discovering problems in 1398. This is specifically (for now) about the summary column. This column appears in some playlists by default and some not. When I remove this column from those playlists and then go to another tab and go back to the playlist, it returns. It seems only to be there for larger playlists?
What view have you set the playlists to?
