This is news to me, thanks for the info. I'm glad to hear it. Personally I wasn't thrilled to hear they were just going to be replacing GPU in my outdated laptop. I paid almost 2 grand for that thing because it was close to top of the line. Last year I bought a new laptop for half that cost with double the technology. Not exactly adequate compensation, if you ask me.

They might actually going after Nvidia again as the settlement is deemed insufficient. Many are getting way worse machines than the one affected.

I'm included and just got the letter confirming. Waiting for the box to ship off my 4 year old Dell that's been useless for 2 years. Thanks, Lawyers. Glad you got your 13 million out of the deal.
