Yup, I checked.
It doesn't happen in the 4 Beta build I have either...

EDIT: It also doesn't happen with my bluetooth keyboard :-/

Suddenly my left/right arrows have started seeking through tracks instead of expanding/collapsing tree nodes.
There's nothing enabled in the hotkey menu relating to it...
