Afaik, this was resolved (the bug number eludes me, but I can't reproduce in 1383).

As it seems to be realized by anyone, I decided to open a new topic.

The menubar disapears again since 1361, if MM4 is restored from maximized state.

The issue comes back with Built 1361!

Restoring window from maximized state results in the menubar disapears.

I can't those effects see here. The whole menubar and all the tabs disappear. Seems as they are not redrawn after restoring or maximizing the main window or AERO redraws the background somewhat later again so the menubar is overpainted. In some situations I can realize the menubar and tabs disappear some milliseconds after the main window was restored or maximized. If something requests the main window of MM to repaint again, the controls appear again.

I tried following skins: Pulse, Vitreous, Vision, CleanMM.
All of them use the aero glass frame with the menubar being drawn in the titlebar.

If I press 'Alt'-key only the menubar apears again.
If I drag the restored window around only the tabs appear again.
If another window is activated after restoring MM, both menubar and tabs appear again.

When maximizing or restoring the main window, the menubar and tabs disapear. If the mouse hovers over them, they are drawn again.

I am using MM4 in skinned mode. The issue is reproductive with all skins, I tried.

System:
Windows 7 x64 with Aero enabled
