Sometimes, in 1364, when adding a director to a video, not only the "Artist" value changed, but also the "Album Artist" - which then lead to, for instance, in the Series node, various television series' being seperated not only by the series, but also by the director, appearing as say:
+ Doctor Who
+ Doctor Who [Henric Hirsch]
+ Doctor Who [Frank Cox]
etc.
I imagine that this is a consequence of storing the artist/director as the same field internally, coupled with the functionality that changes the album artist and the artist together, if you change the artist and both were the same.
Can this functionality be disabled entirely for video files? Or at least all non-music-video files?
Additionally - this whole storing the director in the artist field... Windows Media Player seems to assume that's where you find the list of actors... Is tthere some sort of general standard that WMP isn't following?
