It seems to be a general issue with custom toolbars that happens in several locations. Added as: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=7461

When creating a toolbar "tools" with a single shortcut for the script "auto-increment track #'s" (and this toolbar is put in "now playing"), it looks fine, but on restart, it's back on top of MediaMonkey.

This is how I set it up:

But after a restart:

Notice the toolbar with a single icon in "Now playing" toolbar get relocated to beneath the window-bar after restart.. :x
