Yes I can reproduce all of the above; no idea what target type is.

Type should be Extension
Type is unavailable (as in Video, Music, etc.)
Multi-line fields aren't handled properly causing Art to be on top of text (like Path and Folder)

Does anyone know what Target Type is?
