I'm 95% sure that MM3 has never been installed on this machine, but following a clean db the problem did disappear, only to return again later.

DB is available for download here.

Let me know if there's any further info required.

It works fine with a clean DB.

Another problem might be if you have MM3 and MM4 installed side by side, since they share settings in some cases.

Column Browser won't stay hidden [#7813]

Hi

I have an issue with column browser running on 2008 server x64 in that once I've hidden it by clicking on the "Show Column Browser" button, it goes away, but when I go back to that menu tree, it's back again. I have another installation that used to do this on Win 7 x64, but I did a complete reinstall and it disappeared.

To replicate, I do the following:

1. Launch Mediamonkey (set as close to tray).
2. Click on the Mediamonkey icon in the toolbar.
3. Click on the "Music" menu - at this point column browser is on screen.

4. Click on the "Show column browser" button, column browser disappears.

5. Click on another menu item, such as "Podcast".
6. Click back on "Music" and the column browser is there again.
