When I restart the playing of a shoutcase stream, like when I come in to the office in the morning after having stopped the stream the night before, the stream will pick up where I stopped it, play for ~35 seconds and then stop, or go on to the next stream in the playlist.

The buffer should be flushed when I hit play.

To reproduce:
Play a shoutcast stream
Stop for one minute
Click on play
wait ~35 seconds
