Yeah ... that is what i found out. I just thought that the developer would want to put a limit on the report since they know how many have been selected. A warning message might be nice. Once you know limits you can adjust your expectations <G>

Yes, it can't go passed the Excel (xls) limit.

I am trying to 'report' my library (146K songs). If i try to excel format i get an error message about a third of the way through ..

Error #1004 - Microsoft VBScript Runtime error
Unknow runtime error
File:c:\porgram files (x86)MediaMonkey\Scripts\Export.vbs, line 445 column;4

The report works corrrectly going to cvs. My guess is it has to do with the size of the file.

As an update .. i selected 61815 songs and retried the xls report ... it worked correctly. It is my guess it is breaking on the 65K limit of older excel. might want to simply warn the user and cut off at the limit
