Petr,

Had no idea that setting was there. Thank you. The reason I missed it is because the is no Temp variable in the ini file out of the box. It magically appears after you assign it thru GUI for the first time.

This partially solves the problem, but the issue remains: hi-res thumbs never get updated.

Check Options dialog for Temp folder settings (in General page).

So I'm running MM Portable. The folder with hi-res thumbnails behaves as expected. However, when I right-click a video and save a custom thumbnail, it gets saved in the windows default temp folder - the hi-res version remains unchanged. And when temp gets wiped, all changes are gone. Correct behavior should be to update the hi-res thumb.
