The issue seems to be gone with the version 1407. Please let me know what cause the problem, if possible.

Strange. It work fine here. Can you send me two versions of your ini:
- open MM, hide the nodes and close MM -> zip ini
- open and close MM (don't do anything else) -> zip ini
and send me both ini files, please.

ok, i emptied the db completely and let there only 1 empty playlist: "manual playlists". the db is about 35 kb.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=KYR7DJAE

As long as this playlist is selected when closing mm the nodes "web" and some other always reappear on my pc.

To rename the playlist (and rename it again to the original name) does not solve the issue.

How big it's zipped ?

my dB is pretty big, almost 300 MB. Each of my (old) playlists causes this. Only newly created playlists do not have this issue.

I've installed with a new ini already 100 times to try to find out:-) Very strange that thing, but now a bit more precisely, it looks like this...

- MM installed with a fresh ini & db: node "web" hidden, all ok
- new path to my db set in the ini under "system": no problem, "web" still hidden even after several restarts
- now i select any of my playlists under the node "playlists", restart mm, mm starts with this playlist selected and.... "Web" and others no hidden any more and again there and i cannot hide them anymore :o
- as long as any of my (old) playlists is selected on close of mm, "web" and other reappear on restart

- but when the node "playlists" itself is selected or when i create a new playlist under the node "playlists" and select this new one, i can hide "web" and those other mentioned nodes again
- those nodes stay hidden on restart as well when any other node, like "entire library" o "now playing" was selected on closing of mm

So it seems to be an issue with my old playlists. I almost alway listen to my music using playlists and some of them is always selected that's why i did not notice that the issue is related to the playlists.

Can you try to do clean install, leave MM to make ini and DB in default folder if this issue still exists ?

Ver 1404 does not fix the issue on my PC: Web, Net Radio & Media Servers are stil there after restart.

Except for the web node showing up when I did not have it selected, my media tree settings are now staying as they should in 1404. And that is with my scripts still installed. YAY :D

@Petr:
JustInstalled=0

And the issue seems to be related to that value: When i set it to "1" and start MM the node "web" and the others are hidden ... but only for the first. Afterwards MM changes the value again to "0" and and the nodes are again there.

I wanted to add that although the moving around is script related on my end, whenever I install a new build it knocks the collection nodes out of place, it puts them back into alpha order which is not the order that I have them in. I can live with the script-related moving but it would be nice if MM would leave my collections where I have them. I will create a debug log the next time I upgrade to the next build.

Surfer, check your ini file what value do you have assigned to JustInstalled variable (in System section).
