TrackList and NP haven't hot state enabled so it's the reason why it's not work.

Ok testing 1416.

Now it works in the tree panel.

But it still doesn't work in the tracklist (main panel) and in the now playing panel.

Note: Would be nice to be able to define a bitmap in Listbox for hot item.

That's the way it works in Windows explorer: If you hover over a file with the mouse, a selection rectangle appears.
( at least in Windows7. I don't remember on XP )

Little update:
I noticed it still affects the hot text in the dropdown menus in the options. ( e.g options>general>interface language )
But not the tracklist, tree, ...

Changing Fonts\ListItemTextHot color in ThemeEditor has no effect.
