thx, if it works for you, it is just a driver incompatibility.

It probably just means that your sound card drivers don't support event driven exclusive mode, so you need to update the drivers or just not use that feature.

[Incompatibility] WASAPI "event driven exclusive mode"

First of all. I am not that good in english. So please forgive my faults. If you want, I can describe my problem in german

My Problem is, that I cant enable the recommend "event driven exclusive mode" in the WASAPI OUTPUT Plugin.
Everytime I activate it and play a song, the songs get grey and MediaMonkey switches to the next one.

I have a AMD HD4870 connected over hdmi with my pioneer vsx-921
I installed windows 7 x64 yesterday, so the drivers are all new. I downloaded them on the Realtek and AMD site, so there wont be the Problem. ;D
Windows is up to date and I use the latest MediaMonkey 4 build (4.0.0.1414)

I made a picture with the settings working (Its not the high Bitrate, I also tested it with 16bits/48000Hz)
But... if I set "event driven exclusive mode" all songs went grey and I cant hear anything ;(

Oh I forgot... It changes nothing if I change in windows mode between 2.0 and 5.1 .
And finally... I dont even know what "event driven exclusive mode" makes. So its not that bad ;D

PS.: I am now making a debug log.
