rusty this sounds along the same lines of an error i just got in RC 2 i was going to tell you about it but read this instead so will say here.

the alert window that pops up to tell you when you are putting duplicates into a playlist.

if you have a lot of duplicates the alert window does not show the bottom with the okay button. it also will not let you move it up to see it because the top of the alert is already at the top of them screen.

if you could insert a text area in the window for the names of the duplicate songs to be listed in. instead of posting them on the page area.

then it would be a smaller alert window.

if i am wrong and the error they have is different then the alert window being too large, delete this message and i will post the report in another thread.

Appearance of Auto-tag from Amazon

by rusty » Sun Dec 25, 2005 9:10 pm

Yeah, that's the standard setting. Is there anything else you can tell us about this machine? (e.g. was it upgraded from Win9x rather than a clean WinXP install?)

Is _anyone_ else observing this?

DPI

Using 96 DPI setting.

I think that should be the normal one right?

Auto-tag from Amazon doesn't display correctly

Can you tell me what dpi setting you're using? (on your desktop right click properties, then click the Settings tab and then the Advanced button).

Anyone else having this problem with RC-1?

No, I can not resize it to get it back. The scroll bar on the side is greyed out. Beneath the 'bio' part of the auto-tag window, there is nothing????

Looks like this must just be on my machine I guess.

I am running the RC-1 build on Windows XP

Sounds like you may have "sized" it out of the way. Can you drag it up from the bottom of the screen?

auto-tag from amazon tracklist

What do you mean? It's still there (in RC-1).

If it isn't for you, what build are you using and what OS?

AutoTag

What happened to the track list that used to be on the bottom of the autotag window? This was so you could match up the tracks to Amazon's tracks?

Any Clue?
