It stops if you just hit the "Stop" button in the player.

hey,

when mediamonkey or my pc fails with connecting to a network drive (synology nas) and mediamonkey (3.2.4.) doesn't find the file, it searches and searches and searches the whole playlist or folder and i couldn't stop this in a regular way. mm is unusable then. there is no button to break this! the only way i found, is to start another file.
