When I have reported the issue I had Album and Genre etc. in the detailed view and it didn't appear in Album Art view.
After that till this current moment I have changed some column in detailed view. Now, when adding Album and Genre columns - they appear in Album Art view.
Somehow it got fixed.

In MediaMonkey 3 the Art view columns weren't customizable either.

That's by design? What the...? Why?
It was great in MM3 why get rid of it?

You can't add/remove columns in the Art view, that's by design. The bug here was which columns were shown, which was incorrect.

I just read in the tracking that this problem shows up when people upgrade from previous to 1431. In my case I didn't upgrade at all. I just installed the beta (portable Installation) and I can't add any columns.
So there might not be a problem with migration.
