Try sending a debug log (step 4b) to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=69 It might show why this isn't working for you.

I updated to 4.0.2.1462, but still have the same issue with both modes of play.

I can't reproduce on 4.0.2.1462, setting to Play Next under Player it does so for both scenarios.

As I said above, I did set it to "Play Next" for both Party Mode and non-Party Mode ... what else to call it - regular mode. It does not seem to work properly for either one.

Make sure you set Party Mode behavior under Tools > Options > Party Mode by changing Default 'Double Click' Action and for normal use under Tools > Options > Player.

Using MM v4.0.1.1461, set Double-click while files are playing to "Play Next" in Party Mode. Activated Party Mode, files are playing, but when I double-click on a different MP3, it starts playing immediately (i.e. like Play Now). Decided to try this while not in Party Mode, so I set the Default double-click action to Play Next. Unfortunately, when I double-click a different file while already playing, the double-clicked file plays immediately like Play Now. Please advise.
