I think Ventis Media should contact these people to correct this. The MM licence is not an Open Source (GNU or otherwise) licence, as far as I'm aware. And I'm a Gold user. Perhaps the newly launched MM FAQ Support page could include licensing terms and conditions etc.

Indeed, this description of Media Moneky has nothing to do with the MM i know.
MM is not open source and doesn not allows you to listen to you music anywhere (using a web interface)
This is only possible using WebMonkey script but still the article is wrong
