Yes, I can confirm this. Strangely enough though this doesn't happen to all collections though.
I've used Title in the collections and after closing (and waiting for MM to be out of Task Manager as well) and then reopening the following occurred:
Entire Library - column title is gone
Available Tracks - column title is still there
Music - column title is gone
Classical Music - column title is gone
Audiobook - column title is still there
Music Video - column title is gong
All the following happened with title column in Music collection not being present.
Strangely enough in the playlists I made (based on collection Music) the column title was still there the first time after reopening MM.
However, I closed MM with the cursor on/chosing a Autoplaylist. After opening MM again the column "title" was gone (just like in collection Music where it's based upon). Then I chose Collection Music to see if the title column was still gone and it was. Going back to the same autoplaylist I opened MM with and the title column was back again.
Then closed MM with cursor on/chosing a regular Playlist. After opening MM again the column "title" was still there. Then going to an Autoplaylist and the "title" column was still there. The title column was still not used in the Music collection.
Next time opening MM (with cursor on same autoplaylist as I closed MM with) the column Title was gone again. Moved cursor to another autoplaylist and title column was there again. Went back to autoplaylist I opened MM with and title column was back again.
Next time opening MM with a regular playlist (same one as I closed with) and the column title was gone again. Chose another regular playlist and title column was present. Went back to regular playlist I opened MM with and title column was there again
Seems like the column Title doesn't seem to work together with some collections; the last version it worked properly for me was 4.0.3.1476
Just to make clear: I closed MM the proper way and with title I mean the Title column as used in Column Browser
