Was the Artwork external prior to the conversion? In that case it will still be external after the conversion. As you still have the FLAC files and correct Artwork you could redo the conversion and this time have it convert to Album folders. As each Album will have its own folder and correct Artwork they will have the correct Artwork associated in MediaMonkey.

You can use the Album Art Tagger Addon to embed external Art: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... art+tagger

This depends on your settings. Make sure you have it set to save image to tag (if possible...).

One album at a time is the safest way to do it,

I decided to use one image of the artists cover i liked or made one, for all their songs no matter what the album is. 1000 + artist and 8000 + albums is sure lots easier to use 1000 covers then 8000.

But you could use auto tag from web but BUT ITS ONE ALBUM AT A TIME ALSO.

Automatically embed artwork from one album into another?

I have converted an entire collection of FLAC files into MP3 files. I have grouped all of the mp3 albums and tracks by a given artist into a single folder, and expected that the conversion process would embed the proper artwork directly into each file. instead, it merely copied the file. folder.jpg into the folder. So all of the mp3 tracks by a given artist have the same artwork.

I am now trying to simply apply the proper artwork from each FLAC album to the corresponding mp3 album. If I highlight all of the tracks (both flac and mp3), choose the correct artwork and then 'Apply to all selected files', it merely creates a new 'folder, jpg' in the mp3 folder, instead of embedding it in the files.

So now, I have to
1. use AlbumArtTagger to actually embed the art
2. select all tracks, Edit the Properties, then delete all folder.jpg files
3. select another set of matched flac / mp3 tracks
4. Edit the Properties, identify the correct artwork, and 'Apply to all selected files'
go to step 1. and repeat.

I have hundreds of albums that need the proper artwork embedded. Isn't there a simpler way to do this??

Thanks
