Correct (although I did it via Auto-Playlist). For me if I start resize you'd expect the border of the window to remain with the cursor, instead if I make the window smaller (moving up) the Windows goes up much faster than my cursor is moving up.

What do you mean by faster than cursor?

I opened the search criteria window and resized it (magnifying glass icon next to search bar > advanced tab > Add search criteria > Genre) but everything seemed normal.

When resizing Search criteria boxes like Genre the window resize is significantly faster than the cursor whereas one would expect it to follow the cursor. Resize is also not remembered and box is always full height of screen here.
