If Windows doesn't see it, it is unlikely that MediaMonkey can see it. You should contact the manufacturer or check if the device requires drivers to be installed.

MM doesn't recognize my player.
Checking the OPtions - Available Devices/plug ins.
Nothing in.
link and website: no dll.file....

What can I do to use MM?
