Tools > Options > Appearance has a setting to always show all.

When using Show Art with Details view and double click a track I get a "Access violation at address 410A0001. Write of address 410A001", but only when I'm in "Playing Now". It works when I'm in a node. And it works with rightclick -> play now.

Off topic: I just switched to this view mode. Is there a method to auto expand the song list of the current playing album, and/or expand by default?
