Did you maybe scan the files from the Media Share (http: path) instead of the File Share (\\NAME\folder or H:\)? Files from Media Shares can't be modified as DLNA (UPnP) doesn't allow for this.

Hi Folks,
I've attached a WD 2 MB external harddisk to my wireless ASUS router and have set up MediaMonkey (free version) as
my music manager. However I can't edit any id3 tags with it on mp3 files - the property
window opens in 'Read Only' mode.

Editing using the windows mount directly works however.

Maybe this has more to do with a setting in MM than with the hard disk - any ideas?
