I seem to be getting the same behaviour, but I realise I'll need to give more info.

Latest version of MMA and MMW. I'm still trying to work out how to get syncing to work reliably, but it seems that when syncing over WiFi, the 'reserve space' option is ignored. What more info is needed?

If you start from MMA it's always a wifi sync.

I just wanted to add that the problem also occurs if I'm using a USB cable but start the synchronisation from MMA. Or is WiFi used in that scenario anyways?

I've set up MMW 4.1.3.1708 to sync with my Xperia Z1 Compact, both to internal and external (SD card) memory. The phone is running the latest MMA Beta. I'm using the 'sync random subset' option and set the limit to 'reserve 6000 MB of free space'. Syncing works fine when started from MMW, but when hitting 'sync now' in MMA the synchronisation is ignoring the 6000MB limit. It doesn't matter if I change the amount of free space to reserve, it always tries to copy files until the memory is completely full.

I created a debug log in MMA, log ID 61HLUTAYBQ. The procedure was as follows:

1) Hit 'Sync now' in MMA
2) Wait until synchronisation started even though space reserve limit was already exceeded
3) Aborted sync
4) Created log

I couldn't find any information regarding my specific problem on the forum, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
