I cannot replicate.
Saving/loading of *.sde works fine for me.

Can you attach the exported *.sde file?

Windows 10 Pro build 14393.1358 on an HP DV6 laptop. MMW 4.1.16.1836.

Save EQ preset and then try to load it and the resulting EQ settings are flat. Saving seems to be okay as I can see the data in the file change but I cannot load it again.
