The issue never appeared again. I cannot reproduce it. I have not stored the pictures. I'll report back if the issue appears again.

I am not sure what you mean and the links already do not work, could you upload them using some more permanent service, like https://imgur.com/upload or https://imgbb.com/ or other?

I put the PC in sleep, changed monitors, restarted MM5 and the flaw has not appeared for quite a while now (20+ menu actions). If I encounter the flaw next time, would recording a DBG log help you?

p.s. Yesterday I restarted MM5 and the flaw appeared. Report had been created afterwards.
